UNC Students join massive D.C. War Protest

The group United for Peace and Justice placed the number of protesters who attended at about 100,000.

Sophomore Frank Sturges from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill responds to speakers at the March on Washington protest organized by United for Peace.  Sturges, the activism chair for the Young Democrats at UNC, drove up from Chapel Hill Saturday morning with about 15 other students from Young Democrats, Students for a Democratic Society, and others who were not affliated with a group, but were interested in attending.
