These aerial photos taken on Tuesday, October 10, show the site of the
chemical explosion at the Environmental Quality (EQ) plant in Apex, North Carolina. The photos show charred chemical barrels inside the building with the roof and sides have removed. The hottest part of the fire is clearly visible, as well as many barrels that were only charred by the blaze. The chemical fire caused the evacuation of much of Apex.
